"Kontroll"-Koronarangiografie nach perkutaner Intervention

Nach unkomplizierter perkutaner Koronarintervention (PCI) soll KEINE routinemäßige „Kontroll-Koronarangiographie“ durchgeführt werden.

Bei asymptomatischen Patienten nach unkomplizierter perkutaner Koronarintervention gibt es keine Indikation für eine routinemäßige Kontrollangiographie ^{1 - 4}, weder bei Patienten nach akutem Koronarsyndrom ⁵, noch nach elektiver Intervention ⁶. Vielmehr soll das Hauptaugenmerk der klinischen Verlaufsbeobachtung auf die stringente Einstellung der Risikofaktoren und die Durchführung von Belastungstests gelegt werden ⁷.
